MELISSA INSCO

Melissa is a true native to the Wilmington area with a personal affinity for its waters and coastal environment. Melissa’s background includes over 15 years’ experience as an executive administrative assistant for a large manufacturing company, working closely with senior management, sales, and marketing.  From there, she spent time working for an executive recruitment firm specializing in placement of executive level medical and banking candidates.  Melissa’s extensive business background and passion for the ocean led her to a coastal engineering and hydrographic surveying firm for 10 years where she was responsible for all administrative tasks for that office. In 2013, Melissa became part-owner and founding member of TI Coastal Services Inc., where she is the Secretary/Treasurer - handling administrative, human resources, and financial aspects of the business.  She has enjoyed watching TI Coastal develop and grow into what it is today as a leader in the unique coastal-engineering industry.
